1.1. We may collect information that can identify you directly or indirectly ("Personal Data") when you (1) play games developed by us and/or our partner developers ("Games") or (2) use our website at https://www.digi-eden.com/.
1.3. The controller of your Personal Data is DIGIEDEN TECH SGP PTE.LTD (referred to as "DigiEden", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). We determine the purposes and means of processing. The Company's registered address is #04-07, 2 Havelock Road, Havelock2, Singapore.

This Privacy Policy provides information to (1) Game players (application users); (2) Visitors (users) of the https://www.digi-eden.com/ website (including, but not limited to, users consuming website content and job applicants submitting applications via the designated careers section on the website); and (3) other data subjects regarding what Personal Data we collect and how we process such Personal Data. Unless otherwise expressly specified, all terms below apply to all the aforementioned categories of data subjects.
1.7. We collect Personal Data: (a) provided actively by you to us, or (b) automatically via electronic means (including via Cookies) when you play our Games or use our Website. We may also collect information about you from social networks if you contact us through them.
1.8. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If you continue to use the Games or the website https://www.digi-eden.com/ after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy, you will be bound by the new version. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy that require your explicit consent for further processing of your Personal Data, we will request your consent or re-request it (if we previously obtained your consent).

Purpose: Quality Check of Game Content
Processing Purpose: To inspect and enhance the quality of game content, we need to collect data regarding:
- User progression through the game (e.g., difficulty of stages);
- Whether ads are displayed and function correctly with game content;
- Game frames per second (FPS) on different devices;
- Number of users playing long-term;
- Duration users play the game;
- Game testing.

- Game name;
- Game configuration version;
- Session ID;
- Event ID;
- Game event type (e.g., "install", "level_completed", "show_ad");
- Event context (arbitrary key/value pairs of in-game event data, soft/hard currency, location, etc.). This field may contain specific and custom data depending on the event, game, and user (e.g., some data only shown to paying users). Data type collected: Gameplay data;
- FPS game information;
- Event time;
- Install time.
Device Data:
- Device name;
- Operating system name;
- Unity device ID = Device ID;
- Advertiser ID (GAID/IDFA), Device IDFA;
- Attribution network device ID - External device ID (Adjust ID).

Purpose: Identifying Issues in Games
Processing Purpose: To identify issues within games and resolve them, we need to collect data regarding:
- Game freezes/crashes;
- Inability to load the game;
- Problems completing game levels;
- Checking the display and functioning of ads within the app;
- Errors, warnings.

Processing Purpose: To analyze financial information, we need to collect data regarding:

- User acquisition cost.

Purpose: Market Analysis
Processing Purpose: To group users by volume/country/campaign for determining user acquisition and monetization audiences.

3. Duration of Personal Data Processing and Storage Location
3.1. We retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in the "What Personal Data We Collect and Process" section.
3.2. The time limits are as follows:
- For Personal Data of Game players (application users) – During your use of the application and for 2 years thereafter (in any case, no longer than 3 years total);
- For Personal Data of Visitors (users) of our website https://www.digi-eden.com/ or social media users – For as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and for 2 years thereafter;
- Once these periods expire, we will delete your data as soon as possible.
3.3. We store your data securely on servers located in the United States, provided by Google Cloud. We have also implemented the following security measures:

- Measures ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services;

4. Third Parties and Your Personal Data
4.1. Third Parties with Whom We Share Your Personal Data:
4.1.1. We may share your Personal Data collected and processed (i) within Games and (ii) via Cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section for more information) with the companies specified in Section 4.1.3 ("Third Parties"), but only for the purposes specified in the "What Personal Data We Collect and Process" section.
4.1.2. Please note that some of these companies (or some of their offices/group members) may be located outside the European Union ("International Data Transfers"), including in countries that may not ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data. In such cases, we ensure appropriate protection of Personal Data either by using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission or by relying on other derogations under the GDPR as set out in Section 4.1.3, to satisfy the strict conditions for transferring Personal Data from EU Member States to other countries. 4.2. Third Parties Who May Process Your Personal Data Independently:
4.2.1. When you make in-app purchase payments or save game progress through other third parties, these third parties may process your Personal Data related to your use of the Games as independent controllers.
4.2.2. When you make payments related to the Games, you submit your payment details to the relevant app store (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) processing your payment. We only receive limited information from them, such as Product ID, price and currency, purchase time, transaction ID, etc. We do not receive any personal information about you or your banking details. 4.2.3. When you log into Game Center and play Games using the cloud save feature, Apple Inc. collects your game data to save your progress. Apple processes such game data according to its own policies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/game-center. We only have access to your Apple Game Center ID, but not to your name or other data that would easily allow us to associate your Game Center ID with other information identifying you (e.g., your IP address). You can opt out of Game Center in your Apple settings to stop sending game data to Game Center.
5. Your Rights under the GDPR
5.1. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You can receive a copy of your Personal Data we hold and other supplementary information.
- Right to Rectification: You can request correction of incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request deletion or removal of your Personal Data in certain circumstances.

We will process your request as soon as possible, but no later than one month. Note that this period may be extended by two further months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests. In such cases, we will inform you of the extension within one month of receiving your request, explaining the reason for the delay.
5.3. Please note that if you request erasure of your Personal Data, we may retain it as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
